Being from dafferent countries they created a shared day, uniting two cultures, two languages and it worked out beautifully.
One of the cute parts of the day was how the included kids of the family. They let their sons pick an object to put the rings on, and of course it ended up being a couple of toy dinosaurs. Kids presence definitely made the celebration bright and unpredictable in the best way.
